i appreciated the proximity to nearby malls. the room had unexpected space and included a full kitchen with an oven, a large fridge, and a washer and dryer. daily changes to the buffet offered good quality and diverse choices.

For a five star hotel, the towels felt below standard. They didn't match the hotel's quality and had a slight odor.

The location is excellent, being just behind Greenbelt 5. I found convenience stores and facial spas very close to the hotel. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and I experienced the staff as friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom door lock did not work properly.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient (it's near shops and restaurants). the staff were always polite. breakfast had a good selection. the room rate offered decent value.

i found the ironing board provided to be of poor quality. it leaked water. i asked for a replacement, but the replacement had the same issues. this made ironing difficult (and a bit messy).
